Rates, Terms & Conditions

Deckenia is an exclusive five-bedroom private villa that accommodates up to ten people and overlooks the Anse Gouvernement beach in Praslin

Rates:

Our daily rate for ten people is from:

If your group is less than ten people, we will be happy to provide you with a customised offer for the exclusive use of Deckenia.

Terms & Conditions:

Our rates include all meals and watersports equipment (excluding all motorised sports – our boat and jetskis are available for separate hire).

Payment:

For all times of the year (excluding the festive season):

• A 30% deposit is required to be paid in full at the time of confirming the reservation.
• The remaining balance payment of 70% is to be paid in full 30 days before the date of arrival.

Festive season:

• A 30% deposit is required to be paid in full at the time of confirming the reservation.
• The remaining balance payment of 70% is to be paid in full 60 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations:

For all times of the year (excluding the festive season):

• Cancellation charges will not be applied for bookings cancelled more than 60 days before the date of arrival.
• Cancellations made 60 days to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit payment of 30%, will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less before the date of arrival, 100% cancellation charges will be applied, as will no-shows and early departures.

Festive season:

• Cancellation charges will not be applied for bookings cancelled more than 60 days before the date of arrival.
• Cancellations made 60 days or less before the date of arrival, 100% cancellation charges will be applied, as will no-shows and early departures.

++ 15% government tax is charged on top of the above daily rates
